She was born in Ankara in 1967. After completing primary and middle education in Istanbul between 1983-1987 in Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, had a bachelor's degree. In 1988, Capa Medical Faculty of Istanbul University Institute of Health Sciences and Master of Science program began in 1990 and was awarded Master of Science degree.  Master's thesis as "Pregnancy and lactation Blood Iron Masters after the private Dogan Hospital in one year, Nutra Slim Weight Loss Center, Nisantasi and Bakirkoy branch in the total four years, Ota Medical Center and the Zone Diet, Liverpool branch of the second year After working in Ankara Branch 0ta Beauty Center and Nutrition and Diet Manager for 12 years has worked as a specialist in total.

Since the start of the first studies to more than 4,000 patients and serving as a member to undermine a healthy and balanced nutrition has helped. Obesity and Nutrition with International Participation in a number of Conventions, Sports Nutrition Course, Course Work Diabetes Dietitian, Nutrition, Environment and Cancer Symposium was attended to. Dietitians Association of Turkey,  and is a maember of Turkish Obesity  Association.

Special areas of interest: Anti-Aging to conduct research in topics, cow's milk allergy in children to have knowledge about and experience, Nutritional Support Products, Food Additives in dealing with such issues.
